Mortgage Fraud Among Allegations Against Zadran
Noorullah Zadran, Huntington, New York, was indicted by a Manhattan, New York grand jury on charges of filing false tax returns and conspiring to obtain a $240K mortgage in 2001. Zadran is the former New York representative of the Taliban and lobbied for UN recognition of the Taliban regime.
