Donald Scott Carroll, one-time manager of Dynasty Homes of Henderson, plead guilty to conspiracy in connection with allegations that he falsified loan applications to assist people with bad credit in obtaining FHA loans on mobile home purchases in North Carolina. Charges were filed against Carroll by way of Criminal Information. Carroll also previously worked as a salesman for Creative Real Estate and Manufacturing Housing Sales Center. Both of the companies were owned by Donald W. Gupton who has been indicted on charges of conspiracy to commit mail fraud, wire fraud, bank fraud and money laundering.
