$1 Million in Damages Allegedly Caused by Woods

A North Carolina federal grand jury indicted Isaac Lee Woods and Regina Bailey Woods, both of Durham, North Carolina in connection with allegations that they used another person’s identity to submit fake mortgage documents and defrauded the government and investors of over $1M. The indictment also names as defendants their companies, Woodbai Incorporated, also known as Unlimited Financial Resources, and UFR, Incorporated, also known as UFR Builders. Charges include conspiracy, wire fraud, making false entries to Ginnie Mae and Hud, money laundering and aiding and abetting.
