    keep up the good work and info, your blog is this best. the only way we can get information on mortg. fraud. It is interesting and benifical to all. Former employee of a mortg. banker that was caught, and sentenced and we would not have known what the results were if it were'nt for your blog. thanks

    Just received some information from above URL regarding lending laws. Some aspects of our loan has some questionable issues. I understand that any loan within 3 years can be appealed. Most loans have 25 - 35 violations, so I was informed we have 3 yrs. right of rescission. Looking at my loan doc's I see at least half a dozen serious violations based on information I just received. I live in Carson City area, is there a local attorney that could mitigate this?
