i currenly have a lawsuit on a real estate company for all the forgeries, fraud, elder abuse etc. these people are so bad i had to stand up for myself and others.... i can be more detailed if interested! love, kitty

Hopefully stricter standards of licensing and education should be enforced. It strikes me as fundamentally 'off' that some one can sell cars on Sunday and then, later that week, sell loans under the umbrella of certain types of mortgage corporations. You would think that there would be greater protection for the consumer...then leaving them to fend for themselves in a largely uneducated industry.
