Sentencing Continued For Kansas Man Involved in $25M Fraud

Wednesday, September 24 2008 02:36

Lanny Ross, Leawood, Kansas, was set for sentencing on September 8, 2008. As previously reported by Mortgage Fraud Blog, Ross plead guilty earlier this year to one count of conspiracy for his role in a $25 million mortgage fraud scheme, although some of his codefendants are proceeding to trial. Ross filed an unopposed motion to continuing his sentencing hearing for three months requesting that his sentence take place after the trial of his codefendants. The Court granted his motion.
