2 Indicted for Illegally Flipping 235 Houses

Blaine Murphy (aka Bryce Peters, III and Martin J. Franks) and Bryce Peters Financial Corporation, Inc. have been indicted for illegally flipping homes in Ohio.

These two defendants were charged for illegally flipping 235 houses in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, by filing forged deeds. The indictment includes properties located in 14 other Ohio counties.

Murphy was the key participant in this nationwide enterprise that includes realestate in many states with the most activity occurring in Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Missouri, and Texas.

Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Bill Mason announced the indictment.

    i know of one house in clay center ks that bryce peters did the same thing to. how many more states has this happened in?i think the FBI needs to do more investigating & convict him on all accounts. not just some! let him rott in jail. he has hurt a lot bof people& needs to pay in full! for once!!!
