Cheryl L. Roberts, owner of Hollman Escrow, appeared at the Creditor’s Meeting in the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy of Hollman Escrow. Hollman Escrow filed for bankruptcy protection after allegedly failing to pay off approximately $1.4 million in refinanced mortgages. No criminal charges have been filed in connection with this matter.
At the Creditor’s Meeting, Roberts answered questions from attorneys and the U.S. Trustee. She admitted that she likely lost a couple million dollars gambling over the past few years.
