DNA Evidence in Mortgage Fraud Murder

Argument over Mortgage Fraud May Have Led to Killing

A challenge to DNA evidence is being raised in a murder case in Michigan. Apparently the DNA evidence is rather critical to the prosecution’s case. Officials believe that Raed Al-Farah, from Madison Heights, was killed on October 16, 2003 by Bashar Farraj, 30, Detroit and Samar Fawaz, 27, Dearborn Heights, during an argument about a mortgage scam based on houses in Detroit, Michigan that were titled in Al-Farah’s name.

How ridiculous to state that all Jordanians run off to Jordan when they've done something wrong. That would be a statement that an ignorant person would say! His family has not seen or heard from him in two years and struggle with his disappearance/murder. The two men on trial should be treated as murderers and criminals! They should be convicted and sentenced in the worst way for ending another man's life, regardless of the situation.

First of all his name is Raed and second of all he is not dead. He ran away from the FBI after he knew they were looking for him. After that he took off to Jordan because thats what all Jordians do when they get caught doing something wrong...they run. Raed shouldnt be treated as a victim or a missing, he should be treated as a FUGITIVE.
